One Year of Undercover Creators: A Look Back and What’s Next
Wow, what an incredible celebration! We’re beyond grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey, whether you cheered us on from day one or joined us somewhere along the way. Truly, we couldn’t have done it without YOU!
It’s surreal to think that only a year ago, we were launching this dream, fueled by excitement, a little fear, and a lot of unknowns. As we reflect on this first year, we wanted to share some laughs, some lessons learned, and a few words of advice for anyone just starting out.
Top 3 Lessons Learned
1. Passion Drives Purpose:
We’ve worked harder this year than ever, but it’s the kind of hard work we want to do. Building Undercover Creators has been like the difference between treading water to survive and swimming because we love it. When your work has purpose, the journey becomes meaningful, even when it’s challenging.
2. Partnership Is a Blessing:
In business, partnership is an art in itself. We had no handbook, but we could probably write one now! We’ve learned the importance of open communication, trust, and making space for each other’s fears, ideas, and goals. It’s about checking in on a personal level before jumping into work mode.
3. Time Is Precious:
If there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that while money can be made, time cannot. We’ve become intentional about where we invest our hours and energy. (Side note: one of us is still mastering the art of timesheets! 👀)
